According to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), the winning ticket was purchased at A&G Square, Catmon, Cebu, and contained the winning combination 23-05-39-11-02-07.
The winner has one year to claim the prize of P19,410,097 at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City.
Apart from the jackpot winner, 33 players won P24,000 because they correctly guessed five out of six winning numbers.
1,823 bettors will receive P800 for matching four correct numbers, while 24,750 players will receive P20 for matching three correct numbers.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles continued to encourage the public to support the agency's gaming products to help raise funds for health initiatives and other national charities.
