Two passengers were arrested after making a bomb joke while on a Cebu Pacific flight approaching the Bohol-Panglao International Airport. According to a report by the PNP-Aviation Security Group and CAAP-CSIS, a flight attendant heard them laughing and joking about the bomb at 11 a.m.
Two passengers reported that there was a bomb inside the plane as they were landing. As a result, the passengers were not immediately allowed to disembark. As a protocol, the pilot requested clearance to inspect the cabin and luggage.
