Baste also stated that they will not overlook the alleged illegal arrest of Duterte.
Meanwhile, President Marcos denied that the incident was politically motivated, and said they were only following orders from Interpol.
Former President Duterte arrived in the Netherlands on March 12 and was immediately taken to the ICC Detention Center.
