Boredom Immigration (BI) personnel in Makati City have arrested a female member of the "Luffy" gang believed to be involved in fraudand extortion.
According to the BI, their Fugitive Search Unit nabbed Natsuki Kimura at Ayala Avenue last Friday.
Kimura, 33, is suspected of being a telephone operator for the international scamming operations of the Luffy gang. He has a warrant of arrest for a theft charge issued by a summary court in Tokyo.

"Like his other accomplices in the syndicate, he will be deported, blacklisted, and banned from re-entering the Philippines," Viado said.
