According to the report, Duterte was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA)after he returned from his visit to Filipinos in Hong Kong.

Judge Iulia Antoanella Motoc is a renowned professor of International Law and former judge at the European Court of Human Rights. She also served as UN Special Rapporteur for the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Judge Reine Alapini-Gansou is a seasoned lawyer from Benin and former member of the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights. 400;">.
Judge Maria del Socorro Flores Liera is a lawyer from Mexico who was instrumental in drafting the Rome Statute that created the ICC.
