Simon Fisher-Becker, a British actor known for his roles in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Doctor Who, has died. He was 63 years old.
Fisher-Becker's husband, Tony, confirmed the actor's passing via Facebook. According to his post, Fisher-Becker passed away at around 2:50 p.m. No cause of death has been given.
In Harry Potter, he played Fat Friar, a Hufflepuff ghost who greets students at Hogwarts. In Dorium Maldovar, a blue alien involved in the black market. According to Fisher-Becker, this role changed her career.
