
The operation was conducted on Monday afternoon where 6 Koreans were found using desktop computers suspected for POGO. The raid was conducted by the PAOCC together with the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) of the PNP to fight illegal gambling.

The authorities are still determining the exact number of those arrested and if any Filipinos were involved. A Philippine employee stated that his job was simply copy-paste and he had only been working there for a month.
According to PAOCC Deputy Minister Gilbert Cruz, the operation may involve billions of pesos of money, which shows the size and weight of a possible violation of the law.
The hotel management has not yet made a statement regarding the incident while the investigation by the authorities continues.
