Finally, LEGO is entering the world of manga and anime! The famous brick-building brand continues to expand their world of collaborations, but they just released a project based on manga and anime. They announced their new partnership in the One Piece franchise.
2025 will be special because it will be the 28th year of this world-renowned manga, and there have been many adaptations, from anime to a live-action series released by Netflix in 2023.
While the second season of the live-action series is currently in production, this collaboration is dedicated to the show. The only thing shown so far is Monkey D. Luffy's iconic straw hat in LEGO form, but the show's main crew — Nami, Roronoa Zoro, Usopp, Sanji, and of course, Monkey D. Luffy — will be LEGO. minifigures for the first time. It was also revealed that there were sets made to show scenes from the live-action adaptation.
We'll be waiting for an update about the full collection coming out soon!
