Cha Eun Kyung is a 17-year experienced star lawyer at Law Firm Daejung. His specialization is in the field of divorce law. While working on divorce cases, he faces a crisis involving his own potential divorce. At his law firm, he works with rookie lawyer Han Yoo Ri. They are very different from each other. Yoo Ri does not accept injustice, while Eun Kyung believes that the interests of the law firm and her clients come first, no matter what. Because of their differences in values and experiences, they cannot agree on anything. While working through their differences, both experience major changes in their lives. They work with lawyers Jung Woo Jin and Jeon Eun Ho at Law Firm Daejung.

Ang pag-arte sa kabila ni Jang Na-ra ay isang espesyal na hamon. Nakapagbigay na ng kahanga-hangang mga pagganap si Nam Ji-hyun bago ngunit maaaring ito na ang pinakamahusay na ginawa niya. Lahat ng episode ay higit na nakakabilib ako.
