Isang pulis na vlogger ang nahaharap ngayon sa kasong sedisyon matapos nitong batikusin sa social media si Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. at ang pamunuan ng Philippine National Police (PNP).
Ayon sa ulat, si Patrolman Francis Steve Tallion Fontillas, na nakatalaga sa District Personnel Holding and Accounting Section (DPHAS) ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD), ay sinampahan ng kasong paglabag sa Article 142 ng Revised Penal Code (Inciting to Sedition) na may kaugnayan sa R.A 10175 o Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
Ang reklamo ay isinampa ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU-QCPD) sa Quezon City prosecutor's office.
Nag-ugat ang kaso sa mga post ni Fontillas sa kaniyang Facebook account na 'Fonts Stv Vlogs' matapos maaresto si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Ilan sa mga pinost niya ay:
- "I am telling the truth. The war on drugs was not just for the purpose of killing. War on drugs was designed to eliminate criminals to prevent worse killings and murders any those criminal."
- "PRRD - the only president that Filipino love so much. PBBM - considered president but not respected by the people."
Bukod dito, tila hinihikayat pa umano ni Fontillas ang kanyang mga kapwa pulis na magpadala ng mensahe sa kanya, ngunit hindi niya nilinaw kung ito ay may kaugnayan sa pag-aresto kay Duterte.
