A Chinese woman identified as Gong Wenli, who also uses the names Huang Yanling and Kelly Tan Lim, is wanted by police after being implicated in a case of kidnapping and extortion.
According to the Aklan Police, Gong Wenli was last seen in Boracay on April 21, 2025. He is believed to be involved in a serious crime involving a victim of kidnapping and possible murder.
Authorities have offered a ₱5 million reward for anyone who can provide information that will help in the arrest of the suspect.
