Two content creators, Johnreil Alibio and Elton Wen Lara are now facing alarm and scandal charges in Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte. This is after they did the viral naked toilet bowl stunt on April 19, 2025.
According to the Cabadbaran City Police, the two placed the toilet bowl in the middle of the intersection in Barangay Mabini. Alibio sat naked while Lara filmed the video. The stunt caused a lot of traffic and inconvenience for people and drivers.
They used it as content on their social media page “CBR BOYS”. After the video went viral, the two were arrested and are now facing charges. They have also removed the video from their page and posted a public apology to netizens and the local government.
The police said this is not against freedom of expression, but there must be responsibility in the use of social media. Content that could affect public safety and the city's image should be avoided.
Other content creators were also reminded to follow the law and be careful when creating videos. It is important to have respect for the community, especially when creating content in public places.
