A woman was found dead inside the closet of a resort room in Key Largo, Florida on April 8. The victim was identified as Nadyne Marie Tillman, 43. According to police, she had wounds that appeared to be the result of a beating.
It was learned that on April 5, Tillman and Dylan Lamb, 33, a tour guide, met at the resort where he was staying. Lamb refused to move rooms even though new guests were arriving. He checked out on April 6, and bloody bedsheets were left in the room, which the housekeepers had even put in garbage bags — but did not report it to the police.
While Tillman's family was searching for him, other guests staying in the same room unknowingly that a body was inside the air-con closet. That's where Tillman's body was eventually found, hidden in a small crawl space.
Lamb was arrested and now faces charges of second-degree murder, kidnapping, evidence tampering, and prostitution-related charges.
According to the Sheriff, the investigation is still ongoing but there is no indication yet that anyone else was involved in the crime.
