A horrifying incident occurred in the UK three years ago. Natalie Shotter, a mother of three, went missing after going out alone on July 17. Just hours later, her body was found on a park bench, with signs of abuse. Police have charged a 35-year-old street dweller, Mohamed Iidow, with her murder.
According to the investigation, there is evidence that Natalie was sexually assaulted before her death. Video from a security camera confirmed what she did, and showed that Natalie could not have given consent because she was unconscious. Authorities believe that rape was the cause of her death.
Mohamed Iidow was charged with manslaughter and rape. After more than two months of trial, the court sentenced him to life imprisonment for the brutality of his actions. According to the judge, Iidow is a threat to women and what he did was a cruel and heinous crime.
