Genesis unveiled two new concept cars — the X Gran Coupe Concept and X Gran Convertible Concept — at the Seoul Mobility Show 2025. The theme of the presentation was “Unfold a New Era of Genesis.”
These two concept cars are based on the design and platform of the Genesis G90, the brand's flagship model. According to Genesis, the X Gran Coupe is inspired by Mediterranean olive trees, while the X Gran Convertible represents the elegance of European wines.
Said Mike Song, Global Head of Genesis, “With over 1.3 million customers worldwide, we’re seizing this moment to showcase our next chapter in performance and design.” So now, they’re showcasing the next level of Genesis design and innovation.
The models feature Genesis' signature look of Two-Line design, wide fenders, and unique wheels. Inside the cabin, quilted leather, olive wood, and crystal accents give off luxury vibes. The Coupe has lighting inspired by olive trees, while the Convertible has interior colors inspired by Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Italy.
You can see in person the X Gran Coupe Concept, X Gran Convertible Concept, and other Genesis models at the KINTEX booth from April 4 to 13.
