Russian vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy has no remorse after he was arrested for allegedly harassing Filipinos in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), according to the Bureau of Immigration (BI).
According to Dana Sandoval, BI spokesperson, Vitaly's mugshot clearly shows his smug look and he seems to be enjoying what is happening. In a video, while being read his Miranda rights, he even blows a flying kiss to the camera, as if he were just showing off.
He is now considered an "undesirable foreign national" after his troubles at BGC. He is accused of harassing security guards and stealing an industrial fan from a restaurant on March 31.
In addition, he was also reported for taking a security guard's motorcycle, yelling and cursing at a senior citizen, and running over a tricycle. According to Sandoval, this is not the first time he has caused such a disturbance, and he has cases abroad.
Vitaly is currently in the BI's detention facility at Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig, awaiting deportation. If he has a local case, he will first have to serve his sentence here in the Philippines before he can be deported.
