A man was arrested after threatening a woman to spread his nude video if she didn't have sex with him in San Jose, Antique.
According to NBI-Antique, in 2022, the victim received a message from the suspect who allegedly had a nude video of her. When the woman asked to delete it, the man forced her to have sex in exchange for not sharing the video.
For three years, the suspect forced and deceived her until she became pregnant. Because the man did not stop threatening her, the victim approached the NBI.
The suspect was arrested on March 24 in Dalipe, San Jose, Antique. He is now facing charges under the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009 and grave coercion.
