Pasay Police arrested a suspect after a fight at a restaurant in Pasay City on March 14.
In CCTV footage, we can see a scuffle between several men that lasted for several minutes before the police arrived.
According to Police Major James Ralph Naval, the victims could not be immediately identified because they were not at the scene when police arrived. However, after investigation, they were taken to the precinct.
Three Vietnamese, including a female interpreter, were involved in the altercation. It started after a disagreement between two groups of drunks.
No arrests were made during the incident itself, but in a follow-up operation, one suspect out of more than ten suspects was caught.
He was charged with physical injury, concealing true name, and disobedience to a person in authority because he refused to seek medical attention and make a booking.
