In America, a nurse, Meggan Randall Sundwall, was arrested after she killed her best friend, Kacee Lyn Terry, for ₱50M insurance money.
Kacee was thought to have cancer for 5 years, but when she passed away in August 2024, an autopsy revealed that she did not have cancer! Instead, her body was found to have too much insulin and sedatives, which caused her death.
