Maris Racal's performance in the Kapamilya action series Incognito garnered praise from viewers. However, Maris admitted that he was nervous about how the audience would accept his character as Gab Rivera, especially since this was his first time doing an action genre. "There are a few insecurities because it's my first time. They might think that I'm not cool, not appropriate. But I was surprised by the reviews, the comments, that they like my character there," he shared.

Recently, viewers were talking about the scene where Maris ran in the jungle wearing only sexy lingerie. Maris shared her experience in such a scene that was shot in cold Baguio. “Super cold. I was just shaking the whole time," he said. When asked if he was comfortable, he immediately said, “Let's do it! I'm game!” He added, "Wearing that didn't faze me. I am very comfortable with my whole body.” For Maris, this scene gave her the opportunity to show her confidence in her own body.
Besides the great performance of the actors, viewers also praised various aspects of Incognito. These include beautiful locations, fast-paced storylines, surprising cameo appearances, and quality camerawork and stunts. According to Maris, they did not expect the high ratings of the show. "We had a feeling that they're gonna love it, but we didn't expect the numbers to be like that. He was number one right away, it stayed there for a long time," he said.
Meanwhile, some viewers commented that some of the backdrops of the scenes looked like "green screen" because of how beautiful it was. Instead of being annoyed, Maris took it as a compliment. "When you say green screen, she's a compliment because she's so beautiful. The place is just beautiful. And the production is using prime lenses that's why she's so beautiful," he explained.
Despite the success of Incognito, Maris said there is more to look forward to in the series. "There are still so many things to uncover," he said. It will continue to air every night on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, TV5, and A2Z, while advance episodes are available on Netflix.
