Ivana Alawi is no longer associated with jewelry brand LVNA By Drake Dustin, which she previously endorsed. Currently, celebrity endorsers are careful to avoid the problems experienced by others, such as Neri Naig and Rufa Mae Quinto, who were involved in the issue of their endorsees.
On January 13, 2025, Ivana's legal counsel, Atty. Joji Alonso, the official statement stating that Ivana is no longer connected to LVNA. In the statement, it was said that there was a verbal agreement to withdraw their contract due to legal issues that arose. The formal rescission of the agreement is currently in the Regional Trial Court.
As such, it is hereby declared that the use of Ivana's name or image for any purpose by LVNA is considered unauthorized. Celebrity endorsers need to be careful with their contracts so they don't get into legal trouble.
Drake Dustin Ibay, the owner of LVNA, gave a statement thanking Ivana for her contribution to the brand. According to him, they will respect Ivana's decision to continue on her own path as an artist.
