Cadillac has announced its new 2026 LYRIQ-V, the first all-electric model of its high-performance V-Series lineup. With 615 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, the LYRIQ-V can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds, making it Cadillac's fastest production vehicle.
According to John Roth, Global Cadillac Vice President, "The LYRIQ-V symbolizes Cadillac's relentless pursuit of engineering excellence," adding, "It pushes our performance pedigree into the EV era with a luxurious and high-tech driving experience."
The LYRIQ-V has dual-motor all-wheel drive and a 102-kWh battery, with an estimated 285-mile range. Drivers can also access its full performance with Velocity Max, and the V-Mode system allows for customized performance driving settings. Brembo performance brakes and Competitive Mode, which enhances agility, add to its sporty appeal.
On the exterior, the LYRIQ-V is recognizable due to bold design elements, such as the unique lower front fascia, Black Crystal Shield grille, and exclusive 22-inch dark sport wheels. It also has a new Magnus Metal Frost color. Inside, the cabin combines high-performance design and cutting-edge tech, such as a 33-inch LED display, augmented reality head-up display, and a 23-speaker AKG Studio Audio System with Dolby Atmos. Nappa leather seating, V-pattern accents, and illuminated sill plates heighten the luxury experience.
Standard features include Continuous Damping Control, black-painted roof, and Super Cruise hands-free driving assistance. Production of the LYRIQ-V will begin in early 2025 at GM's Spring Hill plant in Tennessee, and it will have a starting MSRP of $79,990 USD. The 2026 LYRIQ-V will be sold in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other global markets.
