AI-focused tech startup Natura Umana has unveiled Humanpods earbuds, an open-ear wireless design that allows users to get artificial intelligence assistance with a gentle tap. The company boasts that their innovative headset offers "the closest telepathic connection experience to your technology."
The startup's Nature OS powers this seamless experience. Using voice dictation, users can communicate with proprietary LLM-based agents called "AI People," designed to mimic human interaction. Based on the user's verbal request, Nature can assign different AI People to meet the need, be it a therapist, fitness trainer, or travel guide.
Users can also access official LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude without having to open apps or touch their cellphone.
Natura Umana boasts that the Humanpods will provide all of this without sacrificing sound quality or comfort. The custom 14.8mm driver is designed to fit in the ear canal for superior sound quality. Additionally, 90% of ambient noise can be reduced with ENC and dual-mic technology, while dynamic bass enhancement automatically adjusts levels for consistent quality.
