The Icebreaker by Serene Industries is a carefully crafted full-metal keyboard. Made from a solid piece of aluminum, it combines a Brutalist aesthetic with a precise typing experience.
A result of careful design and expert craftsmanship, the Icebreaker took over a year in development. Measuring 450mm x 44mm x 24mm, the keyboard has a dual dampening system and a 4,000 mAh battery. It also includes 1/4-20” threads for professional accessory mounting, such as Picatinny rails and can even be mounted with an ax handle.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth and USB Type C, ensuring versatility and reliable performance. Its PCB has a 65% layout with EC11 Rotary Encoders, Hotswap Switch Sockets, and per-switch RGB, managed by Via Configurator and Serene Industries Configurator.
Available configurations include Hotswap and Hall Effect, with a wireless PCB option to be released later as an add-on. Icebreaker promises a premium typing experience, combining innovative features and durable construction.
