After revealing the adidas Harden Vol. 9 on the court, James Harden shared on Instagram the upcoming colorways for his latest signature shoe.
They are expected to begin rolling out next month, and Harden shared on Instagram what his fans should expect for the new season. The Spring/Summer 2025 season marks the launch of six new colorways, starting with the "Year of the Snake," a China-exclusive release on Boxing Day this year.
On January 25, the “Cyber Metallic” release will begin, which Harden wore in his on-court debut. It will be followed by “Pearlized” which will launch on February 22, “Metamorphosis” on March 15, “Hell Cat” on April 5, and “Ice Metallic” on May 10.
Each pair of shoes has a neoprene bootie that provides a sock-like fit, allowing the wearer increased support and flexibility. Synthetic overlays have a deep blue color for “Year of the Snake,” silver for “Cyber Metallic,” white tones for “Pearlized,” green color for “Metamorphosis,” bright red for “Hell Cat,” and light blue for “Ice Metallic.
The futuristic design features subtle branding elements with flowing curves, reflecting Harden's persona. The shoe stands on a carbon fiber heel cup with the Three Stripes and his logo as additional detailing.
