With CyberConnect2 in the works, the first Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles game was released in the fall of 2021 and covered the first season as well as the Mugen Train Arc in its story. While a DLC release added playable characters such as Tengen, Daki, and Gyutaro, as well as new versions of Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Nezuko from the Entertainment District Arc, they were not introduced to the game's story.

There is no official release date yet, but it has been confirmed that Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2 will be released in 2025 in North America and Europe. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Steam, and Nintendo Switch systems.
