Vincent Valentine is a former member of the elite Shinra group "Turks." He avoids being close to Lucrecia, who decides to marry Hojo, and becomes an experimenter of Shinra, where Jenova's cell is inserted into his son Sephiroth. To prevent this, he himself is turned into an immortal being, a concept he didn't know was part of a sacrifice Lucrecia made to save him. Vincent chooses to close himself in a coffin as a way of redemption for what happened.
『PLAY ARTS』 Vincent Valentine is based on the new design of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. The figure features his piercing red eyes, as well as metal armor on his left arm and legs, and a wine-red cape on his back, which is made of cloth and includes metal wires that can adjust the appearance. Although the same size (about 30 cm and 1/6 scale) as PLAY ARTS , 『PLAY ARTS 』 has a new design of hip joints and lighter movement of the joints, as well as a new mechanism that moves figure's eyes to adjust the direction of his eyes.
Also included are various poseable hands and accessories, and a new stand design with a hexagonal base and character nameplate for two possible display modes—fixed and adjustable mounts.
