Oakley and Bodega have joined forces to design new glasses that can be used on both mountains and roads.
The Latch Panel Brass sunglasses are inspired by Oakley's visual style, featuring a classic shield silhouette with downward-sloping sides for a sleek and alienesque appearance.
Oakley's Prizm lenses feature an iridescent finish resembling ice, designed to protect users from intense sunlight reflections in winter. The glasses have co-branding with the Oakley "O" symbol on the bridge and the retro-futuristic Bodega wordmark placed diagonally along a solid line tracing the lenses.
In addition to the proprietary performance lenses that enhance color and contrast, there are also removable side shields that block glare. A latch mechanism makes it easy for users to attach the glasses to their winter gear for secure storage. Each pair comes with an eyewear leash that can be attached to the ends of the frames, along with Unobtainium® nose pads and ear socks to provide extra grip in wet conditions.
The Bodega x Oakley Latch Panel Brass glasses will be released on Friday, December 6, at 12:00 PM EST online and at Bodega locations in Boston and Los Angeles on a first come, first served basis.
