Update: Dover Street Market is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and has teamed up with some of their closest partners for special projects like this stylish version of the Nike Zoom Vomero 5. Previously spotted, the shoe has all -black finish adorned with emerald reflective highlights inspired by the 20th anniversary gemstone.
The shoe's usual ventilated mesh is combined with leather detailing and co-branding that showcases the Hut logo and Swoosh on the tongue tags, as well as markings on the heel of the right and left shoe. The release is set to happen on November 21 at DSM locations worldwide for £165 GBP (approx. $210 USD).
The understated shoe features a dark color scheme where the entirety of the silhouette receives a similar hue to the “Triple Black” iteration. Bill Bowerman motifs can still be seen prominently on the insoles in white. This particular pair of Nike Zoom Vomero 5s is constructed with a signature mesh open base, with leather overlays and plastic on the panel and heel counter. The side panels are constructed with 3M reflective accents overlaid with Zoom Air cushioning for added comfort.
What sets this apart from the original “Triple Black” pair is the additional “Dover Street Market” branding found on the tongue as part of the co-branded logo. The right heel has the DSM moniker in stealth black integrated into the shoe, while the other heel has a Swoosh.
