The new Japanese company model アニュラス (ANNULUS), which launched character products from SSSS.GRIDMAN such as Shintaro Akane and Rikka Takarada, will release Bridget from the popular fighting game GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-. The action figure is a 可動組裝模型 (poseable assembly model), set to be released in late April 2025, with a price of ¥7,480 yen.
Fans of 2D fighting games are surely familiar with Arc System Works, the developer behind the GUILTY GEAR series. Since the release of the first game on the original PlayStation, GUILTY GEAR has become known for its flashy battles, powerful combos, and anime-style graphics that have captivated many gamers. Over the past 20 years, numerous games have been released in the series.
Bridget, known for using a yo-yo as her weapon, first appeared in GUILTY GEAR XX in 2002. Although she appeared as a cute and energetic young girl, it was revealed in the game that she was actually a boy, raised in a family tradition that required her to pretend to be a girl. In the GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE DLC character, Bridget comes to terms with her true identity and decides to live as a woman.
The Bridget Action Figure from ANNULUS stands at 14 cm tall and is non-scale. The model kit features color-separated parts, so even when not fully assembled, it looks great. Included in the kit are three interchangeable expression parts with printed details. The figure has articulated joints, allowing it to strike various poses from the game, such as walking the dog. It also comes with interchangeable hands to display a jacketless look, and of course, the adorable stuffed companion Roger and Bridget's signature yo-yo weapon.
