A rare and stunning 1989 Porsche 911 930 Turbo Cabriolet with just 9,828 miles has been put up for auction by Bonhams Cars, offering collectors the chance to own one of Porsche's most iconic models. This car has the M505 Slant Nose or “Flachbau” body style, which combines motorsport-inspired aerodynamics with Porsche's luxurious craftsmanship. It is finished in striking Guards Red with a black leather interior with red piping, and has its original engine and G50 5-speed transmission.
Originally delivered in Monaco, this 930 Turbo has only had two owners. For the past 16 years, it has been owned by an avid fan who has taken good care of it, keeping it in near-pristine condition. The car has been carefully maintained, with regular servicing and kept in a climate-controlled environment. Factory labels, decals, and date-coded components are still intact and the convertible top has been regularly used to ensure its proper function.
This Porsche comes with a complete set of accessories, including a factory tool roll, air pump, owner's manual, and stamped service booklet, as well as a Porsche Production Specifications certificate certifying the compatibility of its engine and transmission.
Bidding for the stunning 930 Turbo Cabriolet is set to take place on October 4, as part of Bonhams Cars' The Audrain Concours Auction.
