After much anticipation and speculation, the Gazelle Indoor “Off-White/Black-Gum” by Bad Bunny and adidas finally has an official release date — and it's a few months behind schedule. Along with the shoe's official reveal and release announcement, adidas gave details about its inspiration: the new version of the classic design is inspired by the concept of “the right thing in the wrong place,” so there are colorful details like warped toebox, puffed-up tongue, and size tag on the heel.
All of these elements present a creative reinterpretation, supported by a timeless color scheme that combines a white leather base, black tongues, and Three Stripe graphics that descend onto the semi-translucent gum midsole and outsole. Rich off-white suede overlays enhance the overall look, and include detachable tongue outer layers and interchangeable insoles, one thin and one thick. Above all, this design introduces the new "adidas 'Para Bad Bunny'" branding of Bad Bunny and adidas.
Fans can expect the Bad Bunny x adidas Gazelle Indoor “Off-White/Black-Gum” to be available on the adidas webstore, adidas CONFIRMED app, and adidas flagship app on September 21 for $140 USD (PHP7,808). Sign-ups for the shoes are now open via the CONFIRMED app and the adidas flagship app.
