DAMTOYS, a well-known toy brand specializing in large statues and 12-inch three-dimensional figures, has recently announced a 1/1 scale masterpiece product "Marilyn Monroe" created in collaboration with Marilyn Monroe Foundation. This life bust is expected to be released from the fourth quarter of 2024 to the fourth quarter of 2025.
The famous sex symbol of a generation, Marilyn Monroe, has now become a living bust! This work is based on a photograph taken by photographer Nicholas Murray in 1952. Standing 87 centimeters tall, this bust faithfully reproduces Monroe's unique charm, including the classically hazy eyes, slightly the raised chin, the recognizable mole, and the bare shoulders. The platinum silicone skin that seems to be very soft, the light golden high temperature silk hair with natural curls, and the hands that caress the clothes gave detailed construction and support to each part.
