Christopher Abbott undergoes a supernatural transformation in the new trailer for Wolf Man, an upcoming horror film directed by Leigh Whannell.
Abbott will play the role of Blake, a father who inherits his home in Oregon. During a visit to the property with his wife and daughter, the family is attacked by a werewolf. While hiding in a farmhouse with a barred door, Blake also begins to undergo a transformation.
Julia Garner will join Abbott as his wife Charlotte, while Matilda Firth will play daughter Ginger. The cast also includes Sam Jaeger, Ben Prendergast, and Benedict Hardie.
The film is based on the novel The Wolf Man by Curt Siodmak but also serves as a reboot of the 1941 film devoted to the same story.
