The Weeknd has announced that he will conclude his After Hours trilogy with a third and final album. The project is titled Hurry Up Tomorrow, but there is no official release date yet.
A video teaser for the LP showed an ominous scrolling message:
“Yesterday was fourteen years ago... we looked at the sea during the night hours. We tried to clean the wounds with melodies and lights, a bulletproof bandage to protect what was underneath,” the text said.
“In a place where the seasons don't change, where time stands still. But therein lies the problem. Today seems like an endless cycle. I keep twisting the truth, immune to dizziness, numb to nausea. The under-shouts in the silence. I look in the mirror and feel both old and new, trapped in limbo and unable to move. I still haven't redeemed myself.”
