There is only one Luojia Fragrant Vine found outside in the first Chapter of Black Myth Wukong.
However, you can still buy from the Monkey in the Marsh of the White Mist after starting Chapter 3. Check in regularly to see if there are new Vines available for purchase.
Luojia Fragrant Vine sa Marsh of the White Mist
The first Luojia Fragrant Vine in the game can be found among the bamboo trees just across from the Marsh of the White Mist Keeper's Shrine.
Luojia Fragrant Vines sa Yellow Wind Ridge
There are two vines found in the second Chapter.
Luojia Fragrant Vine sa Windrest Bridge
This Luojia Fragrant Vine can be found after clearing the small village that you can find after defeating the Tiger Vanguard in the Crouching Tiger Temple. It is just to the right of the exit.

The Luojia Fragrant Vine at the Windseal Gate can be found after defeating the Stone Vanguard and Tiger Vanguard bosses. After defeating them, return to the area where you fought the King of Flowing Sands and Second Rat Prince, and place the Keenness of Tiger and Keenness of Stone items in the pouch next to the large stone door. Open the door, go down the hill and cross the bridge to reach an open cave with a statue carved into the rock face. Vine is guarded by the Gore-Eye Daoist Spirit.

There are two Luojia Fragrant Vines found in Chapter 3. You can, however, return to the Monkey in the Marsh of the White Mist to buy more once you start this chapter.
Luojia Fragrant Vine Outside the Wheel
The Luojia Fragrant Vine in Outside the Wheel is inside the cave you go through after defeating Captain Wise-Voice. Follow the path until you reach a room with a large pool of water in the middle. The vine is hanging from the branches of the tree on the left side of the room.
Luojia Fragrant Vine sa North Shore of the Bitter Lake
The Luojia Fragrant Vine on the North Shore of the Bitter Lake is located on the hill up from the bones of the large snake on the beach. Follow the stairs up and take the first turn left into a small alcove to find the vine.
Luojia Fragrant Vines sa The Webbed Hollow
There are four Luojia Fragrant Vines located in Webbed Hollow, one of which is in a secret area.
Luojia Fragrant Vine sa Middle Hollow
This Luojia Fragrant Vine is located in the middle of the settlement in the Middle of the Hollow. It is guarded by the Scorpion Prince, so defeat him and collect his Spirit before picking the vine.
Luojia Fragrant Vine sa Temple of the Yellow Flowers
The Luojia Fragrant Vine in the Temple of the Yellow Flowers can be obtained after defeating the Violet Spider in the Webbed Hollow. Follow the spiders up the hill after defeating the boss to get near the path to the Temple of the Yellow Flowers. The vine hangs from the branches of the tree at the beginning of the road.

Relief of the Fallen Loong is both hard to find and hard to come by. Start by jumping to Buddha's Right Hand. Run over the bridge it creates and drop down to the platform below. Turn right and cross the rope bridge on the left. Go through the hanging cobwebs to the next rope bridge and escape into the forest. The vine hangs from a tree on the edge of the cliff.

This Luojia Fragrant Vine is in a secret area in Chapter 4. To get to this area, you must first defeat the Venom Daoist in the room to the right of the Pool of Shattered Jade Keeper's Shrine. From there, return him to an empty room near the Temple of Yellow Flowers to unlock the secret area.
Once you're at Purple Cloud Mountain, run up the hill and cross the rope bridge to activate the first Keeper's Shrine in the area. Turn right instead of crossing the bridge and defeat the Verdant Glow Spirit guarding the vine.

There are two Luojia Fragrant Vines located in the Flaming Mountains. Don't forget to come back to Monkey to buy another one.
Luojia Fragrant Vine sa Fallen Furnace Crater
Once you've completed the Iron Ball challenge and unlocked the Fallen Furnace Crater Keeper's Shrine, head back up the hill and take the newly opened path to the left. Follow the path until you find the Flint Vanguard. Defeat him and his men first to safely collect the vine.
Luojia Fragrant Vine sa Height of Ember
The Luojia Fragrant Vine in the Flaming Mountains can be found on a lone tree in the Height of Ember. To get there, fast travel to the Height of Ember Keeper's Shrine and continue forward, then left. Keep turning left until you see a small gate on the left. Enter the gate and follow the path down to the right. Peek over the edge of the cliff to see a ladder that can only be seen from certain angles. Luojia Fragrant Vine is at the end of the road.
