In CCTV footage from Barangay San Nicolas, Cebu City, a man fell while walking in C. Padilla Street on Feb. 5 (Wednesday). He was suspected of being a snatcher after people chased him.
According to the report, the man ran in fear after he had an accident on a motorcycle that he borrowed without permission. The owner and bystanders thought he had stolen the motorcycle, so they chased him.
In the end, the owner did not file a case against the man because they were friends.
