There have been an increasing number of violent attacks on Tesla facilities in and outside the U.S. They have targeted Tesla dealerships, Cybertrucks, and charging stations. The attackers have used Molotov cocktails, bullets, and other means of destruction. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.
According to reports, attacks on Tesla have increased since Elon Musk became part of Donald Trump's administration as head of the Department of Government Efficiency. According to Randy Blazak, an expert on political violence, “Tesla is an easy target because it's on the roads and has stores in our neighborhoods.”
Some of the most notable incidents occurred in Colorado, where a woman was charged after throwing Molotov cocktails and vandalizing with the words "Nazi cars." In Seattle, four Cybertrucks were set on fire in a Tesla lot, while in Las Vegas, several Tesla vehicles were set on fire and the word "resist" was painted in red paint.
According to Elon Musk, it is possible that left-wing organizations are behind the attacks. “This level of violence is Insane and wrong. Tesla just makes electric cars and has done nothing wrong to deserve this treatment,” Musk said in his post on X.
