A man allegedly under the influence of drugs is responsible for the heinous incident in Angeles City, Pampanga where one individual died and another sustained multiple stab wounds.
According to the survivor's account, the incident occurred while he was sleeping in their house, while his brother was playing Mobile Legends in the living room. He was suddenly awakened by his brother shouting, "Don't leave the room!"
When he opened his eyes, a man holding a kitchen knifecame at him, immediately stabbing him. Despite his efforts to fight back and use the pillow as a shield, he still sustained 11 stab wounds in various parts of his body.
Despite the severe wounds, he managed to stab the suspect, causing him to run out of the house. After this, he tried to find his brother to take him to the hospital, but when he arrived, he discovered that he was dead.
"The most painful thing of all, I signed my brother's death certificate myself," the victim emotionally shared.
Lalong ikinadismaya ng mga kaanak ang balita na nakapagpiyansa umano ang suspek sa halagang P3,000, matapos lumabas sa imbestigasyon na "slight physical injury" lamang ang isinampang kaso.
Currently, the case is still being tried as the victims continue to call for justice.
