TAYUG, PANGASINAN – Three children died after being trapped in the fire that consumed their house this Tuesday morning.
According to the report, the father of the children, aged 6, 4, and 3, left to charge a cellphone at a neighbor's house. When he returned around 8 o'clock in the morning, their home was already on fire.
The fire was extinguished around 10:10 AM. Firefighters found the children's remains inside the house. According to the doctor who responded, asphyxiation or suffocation died of the victims.
The investigation is still ongoing to determine the cause of the fire.
