G-SHOCK hasn't released a new model in a while. Today, they've launched the GA-V01 in China, a uniquely designed watch with a futuristic Y3K vibe.
According to G-SHOCK, the GA-V01 follows the theme of “Open V World” — a concept that promotes freedom and limitlessness. It boasts a bold case design, raised hour markers, and a curved glass display that is not only durable but also makes a strong impact.
The futuristic style is also evident in its unique dial design, which looks like a butterfly. The hands of the watch are large, including a magnetic minute hand that helps reduce impact. It has an integrated bezel and comes with a rubber strap that matches the design.
GA-V01 is priced around ₱7,700 – ₱8,500, and will be available at G-SHOCK China in four colors: Silver, Neon Green, Purple, and Black.
