Enako, a popular cosplayer in Japan, vented her anger about AI-generated images that used her pictures without permission. According to him, the AI has created too many images that look like him, and he doesn't like it.
He added, "'She's like AI' is not really a compliment." It seems that he has been annoyed by this for a long time, because last year he said, "I have almost only bones left because of AI."
So far, cosplayers aren't the only ones affected. Even voice actors in Japan have reacted. They even formed a group "NOMORE AI" to fight for their rights.
It seems that as AI advances, so do the problems that need to be fixed. Proper rules are really needed to avoid this issue.
