According to him, while window shopping with his relatives, they passed by a lotto outlet and decided to bet suddenly.
He has been betting on the lottery regularly for five years and intends to use his winnings for investment and helping his family.

According to PCSO guidelines, jackpot winners must present the original and signed ticket as well as two valid IDs to claim the prize.
