A man died after jumping from a footbridge in front of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) on España Boulevard, Manila yesterday.
Authorities have not yet determined the victim's identity because he was not carrying identification at the time of the incident.
According to the police, a bicyclist passed by the area and heard a loud noise around 1:25 p.m., then he saw the man's body on the road.
The incident caused heavy traffic as authorities responded and conducted their investigation.
