"The President's order is clear that it is the responsibility of the police, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and Bureau of Immigration (BI) to ensure that all POGO operation centers are closed," Binay said. He emphasized that the real challenge now lies in strict implementation and not in making new laws.
