When we talk about modified motorcycles, we usually think of classic Café Racers, retro-style street bikes, or high-performance street bikes filled with racing elements. But what if someone adds a racing soul to a scooter? The Ortolani Customs studio from France has made the 2024 Yamaha TMAX Tech MAX extremely aggressive. Not only does it have a strong visual impact, but even Yamaha officials shared photos of the car on Facebook, showing just how shocking it is.
The limit-breaking design makes the TMAX a monster on the track.
This project, called TMAX XX, is completely different from the usual modified scooters. The first thing that catches your eye is the new body design. Most of the car's body is made of aluminum alloy parts hand-made by Ortolani Customs, so the front of the car is wider and more aggressive. There is a set of NASCAR-style spoilers installed at the rear of the vehicle. Although it is mainly for visual enhancement and brings an upturned sporty feeling, it certainly gives an atmosphere closer to a high-performance racing car.
Additionally, the headlights have been replaced with yellow lampshades, and the taillights are special parts from BCD Design. Even with NASCAR-style wheel stickers, the TMAX XX looks like more of a racing car that you can take to the track anytime.

The TMAX XX was not only modified in appearance, but also in performance which gave a great enhancement in handling and riding experience. The original wheels were removed and replaced with 17-inch wheels from the Yamaha MT-09, and adapted to the frame and drivetrain using special spacers and extension chains. In addition, the owner's control area is also upgraded with a Puig aluminum handlebar and Rizoma Stealth aluminum rearview mirror, which not only enhances the texture but also ensures road legality.
