The veteran OPM band releases an indie-pop rendition of the classic song by Carpenters, the “Close To You.” The band kept the emotional weight of the song while giving it a modern sound. This new studio version is a much improved and detailed production compared to their live version.

In an official statement, lead vocalist and guitarist Clem Castro explained the inspiration behind the song:
