On February 14, 2025 (Friday), folk-pop band Ben&Ben released their latest single titled “Tomorrow With You.” This is the 12th track from their third studio album The Traveler Across Dimensions, which was first released on November 29, 2024. The single release includes its live version recorded at the solo concert of the “Pagtingin” hitmakers on December 14, 2024, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
According to the band's statement, the song "reflects the strength of love in the midst of life's challenges." Its inspiration is the people who have been part of their journey as individuals and as a band. "This song reflects our growth, personally and creatively, with our family, friends, and loved ones," the band said.
"Since we've come a long way in different dimensions of our lives, 'Tomorrow With You' brings the wisdom and maturity we've learned from these experiences, and applied it to a love song full of emotion," added the band.
The live version of the song is special for the band because they believe “it gives listeners a chance to experience a Ben&Ben concert on a more personal level.” They call it a “unique audiovisual storytelling adventure” that they hope will become part of their listeners' life stories.
The band also explained that the live performance was “carefully recorded at a concert that was important to us and our Liwanag [fans].” They added that the show reflected the lyrics of the song: “embrace the hard times with you, until they fade away.” The concert is said to be a big milestone after a year full of trials, failures, and lessons.
“Tomorrow With You” was produced by Indonesian musician Petra Sihombing. The song combines the influence of ‘70s singer-songwriter pop, jazz, and classic soul with a waltz-like rhythm, providing a soothing soundscape for moments with your loved one.
"Our good friend from Indonesia, Petra Sihombing, produced the track," the band announced. "He tried to show the heartfelt emotions and the gradual growth of the song in dynamics and frequencies, which we think he did well." Moreover, their friend Ziv, who also produced other songs on the album, added saxophone parts that gave the song a new nuance.
