Kia Philippines has introduced the 2025 Sorento HEV, with a new turbo-hybrid engine for more fuel-efficient and stronger performance. The 2025 Sorento has a fully decked-out cabin, new high-tech features, and intelligent driver aids for a more relaxed ride experience.
According to Kia, the Sorento's HEV system provides extra power when needed, has regenerative braking to recharge the battery, and is capable of traveling on electricity for some distance.
In the high-grade variants, the 2025 Sorento HEV has a new AWD system with real-time torque distribution and different terrain modes like Snow, Mud, and Sand. It also has selectable drive modes such as Automatic, EV, and Hybrid.
In terms of design, the 2025 Sorento HEV has a more muscular exterior and a more sophisticated look. It has a new Tiger Nose grille, Star Map LED daytime running lights, and 4-cube LED headlights. Not to forget the stylish 19-inch alloy wheels, new LED taillights, and power tailgate with proximity function.
For safety, the Sorento HEV has the DriveWise suite of advanced driver assistance systems, including Smart Cruise Control, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, and more.
The 2025 Kia Sorento HEV comes in three variants and is covered by a 5-year/160,000 km warranty, while the hybrid battery has an 8-year warranty.
