With the newly launched Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon Limited Edition, Hublot continues its collaboration with Samuel Ross's design venture, SR_A. The latest collaboration remains in line with the Swiss Maison's “Art of Fusion” initiative, bringing a concept that is extremely innovative and challenges the boundaries of design.
Hublot's Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon SR_A designed by Samuel Ross reinterprets the iconic design with a new blue chromatic variation and a carbon body.
It retains the standard 44mm case size, and displays a honeycomb pattern on a frosted gray structure, which extends to the movement and lugs.
Its bezel displays two types of finishes: satin on top and microblasted on the sides, while the hands and hour markers are highlighted with two shades of blue. The Manufacture HUB6035 caliber with 264 parts powers the watch, has a 72-hour power reserve, and displays the visible skeleton tourbillon at 6 o'clock.
The flexible dark blue rubber strap, with the same honeycomb motif as the case, completes the overall design. Limited to just 50 pieces, each watch is presented in a specially designed collector's box, making it a unique addition to any collection. The Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon SR_A by Samuel Ross Limited Edition was first presented at Miami Art Week and will be available for inquiry at Hublot.
